Carlos Hernandez of the Guatemalan National team takes the stage win in the brutal stage 8  which finishes on top of the Gap. Marlon Castillo of Team Santino's/AEG Toshiba pulls up in second place but as the new overall race leader. Everyone else pulls up minutes behind.

Stage 6 - Individual Time Trial

Triathlon's premiere cycling powerhouse, the Supersonic Swede, Bjorn Andersson has a new nickname. THE BULLET! Riding for the Comfort Air/R & A Cycles Team, Bjorn put off a sensational show of speed and power to dazzle Belize Cycling fans by winning the 12-mile individual time trial with a time of 23 minutes and 53 seconds. The second best time of 24:35 belongs to Cuban/American, Frank Travieso who rides for the Santino's/AEG Toshiba Cycling Team. Defending champion and last year's time trial winner, Marlon Castillo had to settle for 10th place with a time of   25:49.

 Stage 5 

February 14th, 2007 

In a mad dash for the line Greg Lovell of Team Santino’s/AEG Toshiba displayed again his sheer speed and power as he wins his third stage in the M & M Engineering Tour of Belize.  Second was Todd Hancock of Bike America and third was Miguel Perez of the Guatemalan National Team.  Greg won the 50 mile stage in a time of 1:44:22. 

 Stage 4
 Super Sprinter Greg Lovell of Team Santino’s/AEG Toshiba beat out a field of 106 riders in the fourth stage of the M & M Engineering Tour of Belize. The stage left from in front of Leslie's Imports in Belize City to mile 25 on the Western Highway and back. Second place was Todd Hancock (Bike America USA), third place was Miguel Perez (Guatemalan National Team), fourth place was Guy East (Sun Digital Photos) and fifth was Boyd Johnson (Alliance Environmental). The leader’s jersey remained on the back of the Swedish Sensation, Bjorn Andersson of Comfort Air/R & A Cycles. Marlon Castillo, defending champion remained in tenth place, 2 minutes and 48 seconds (2:48) behind the overall leader.


 Stage 3 
Santino's/AEG Toshiba proved to be the fastest in the Team Time Trial with a time of 49 minutes and 48 seconds (about 29 mph).

 Stage 2 
Triathlon’s Premier Cycling Powerhouse, Bjorn Anderson of Sweden dominates stage 2 of the 2007 Tour of Belize by first jumping out of the main peloton with less than 20 miles to go to bridge a 3.5 minute gap set by a a breakaway group of 8 riders. With about 10 miles to go he drops the entire group of 8 for a solo finish more than 2 minutes ahead of them with the peloton finishing more than 4 minutes later.

 Stage 1

Belize's fast man, young Gregory Lovell of Team Santino's/AEG Toshiba is just too fast for his 5 breakaway companions as he sprints to the finish to take the stage win, the White Jersey (Best Under 23 Rider) AND the Yellow Jersey (Overall Race Leader).
